Police are investigating after two men were shot and killed on the far Northwest Side on Thursday afternoon.
Around 3:30 p.m., two men were found with gunshot wounds in the rear of a residence on the 7800 block of West Cahill Terrace in the city’s Irving Woods neighborhood.
Police said the victims, a 20-year-old man and a man of unknown age, were both shot several times.
Both were transported to a local hospital in critical condition but later pronounced dead.
Video of the scene showed several police officers investigating in the area, with red crime scene tape wrapped around the back of a building.
No one is in custody as of 7 p.m., police said. An investigation remains ongoing.
