Colorful fall leaves can make the yard look picturesque, but once they cover the grass, collecting them can turn into hours of raking and bagging. The Worx Electric Leaf Mulcher aims to make fall yard cleanup feel much less tedious because it can shred leaves down to a fraction of their size. Right now, it’s on sale at Amazon for just $125, down from $200.
Rather than hauling bag after bag to the curb, you can feed leaves straight into this electric mulcher and let it do the work. It is able to shred leaves at an 11:1 ratio, turning 11 bags of leaves into roughly one bag of mulch. You can then dispose of the reduced pile or reuse the mulch in flower beds and gardens. Shoppers called the machine a “game-changer” for yardwork and “worth every penny.”

Shop at AmazonThe mulcher runs on a 13-amp motor that can process up to 53 gallons of leaves per minute. The mulcher uses nylon cutting lines instead of traditional blades to shred leaves and includes 24 replacement lines, so you have extras on hand when the originals wear down. For the best results and to help the mulcher last longer, you should always feed it dry leaves in small batches.
The machine weighs about 20 pounds and can be assembled or taken apart without tools, making it easier to move and store between seasons. When fall cleanup is over, you can disassemble it and tuck it away until the next round of leaves drops. Just note that a collection bag isn’t included. You can fit any standard plastic yard bag or reusable paper bag over the support stand to catch the shredded leaves.
The mulcher requires no tools for assembly and can be easily taken down when it’s time to put it away. One Amazon shopper appreciated that it “collapses for storage,” making it a breeze to tuck away between fall cleanups.
Amazon reviewers praised the Worx mulcher for saving time and reducing yard waste. One shopper called it “fantastic,” saying it “saved me a ton of time and a ton of bags.” Others shared that it performed “better than expected” and was easily able to shred pine needles and hay without difficulty.
