Ramen has earned a permanent spot on Noodles & Company’s menu!
Starting Wednesday, Oct. 14, the chain is making ramen a permanent menu category, launching it with Gochujang Carbonara Ramen Noodles, Sweet Sesame Steak Ramen Noodles, and Spicy Korean Steak Ramen Noodles, with new ramen creations rotating into the lineup over time.
The menu addition comes after the company launched their wildly popular Chili Garlic Ramen for a limited time last year.
“The incredible response to Chili Garlic Ramen showed us that our guests are hungry to see what Noodles can do with ramen,” said Dwayne Chambers, interim chief marketing officer at Noodles & Company in a press release. “Ramen gives us an exciting new way to build on 30 years of noodle expertise, bringing guests the comfort they love while continuing to surprise them with bold flavors and unexpected twists. Making ramen a permanent part of our menu is just the beginning of what we can do with this incredibly versatile noodle.”

Gochujang Carbonara Ramen Noodles: Korean heat meets Italian comfort in an unexpected fusion featuring ramen noodles sautéed in a creamy gochujang-Parmesan carbonara sauce with bacon, napa cabbage and red cabbage, finished with grated Parmesan, Asian spice blend, and parsley. Sweet Sesame Steak Ramen Noodles: Savory meets sweet with ramen noodles sautéed with marinated steak, carrots, and red peppers, then finished with sesame seeds and cilantro for a satisfying balance of flavor and texture. Spicy Korean Steak Ramen Noodles: A ramen twist on the longtime guest favorite Spicy Korean Steak Noodles, this brothless bowl pairs ramen noodles with marinated steak, napa cabbage, red cabbage, and spinach in a sweet.Noodles & Company’s new ramen menu is available starting Oct. 14 at restaurants nationwide, through the Noodles Rewards app, and online.
