COLUMBUS — Lois Wedgwood Hatfield, 81, passed away peacefully at home Monday, July 29, 2024, surrounded by her family. Born June 13, 1943, in Grand Rapids, Michigan, to Llewellyn and Gertrude Wedgwood, Lois graduated from Ottawa Hills High School in 1961 and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Carroll University and a Master of Science degree in counseling from Westminster College. She worked 20 years for Packard Electric Division – General Motors in material management as a production planner. Following this, she and her husband shared ownership of RDR Inc., a wiring harness supplier, for 14 years. An early supporter of the women’s movement, she helped found the local chapter of
