The Neutral Athlete ‘B’ relay predictably switched Daria Klepikova onto the relay over Dariia Surushinka, but they left Maria Osetrova off the relay entirely after she finished 9th in the individual event
The Netherlands made two changes to their relay, putting ace Marrit Steenbergen on the anchor leg, which moved Milou van Wijk to lead-off. They also switched Imani de Jong onto the relay after she originally finished 8th in the 100 freestyle prelims, but was left out of the semi-final due to the two-per-country rule.
Great Britain also made two changes. They retained Theodora Taylor and Freya Anderson from prelims and moved Freya Colbert and Evelyn Davis onto the relay tonight.
Germany was the final team to make multiple changes, replacing Nina Jazy and Maya Tobehn with Linda Roth and Nicole Maier. Roth finished 20th in the individual 100 free and Maier finished 23rd.
Italy and France both made one change to their relay with Italy putting Sara Curtis on the 2nd leg and France adding Mary-Ambre Moluh in the anchor position over Giulia Rossi-Bene.
Spain and Hungary did not make any changes to the personnel on their relay; they just moved the order around.
