"All right, blood pressure and health update," he began in the clip. "I'm probably going to get some comments disagreeing with me on here. But I wanted to go ahead and let you guys know what I was thinking on it. So, yes, I have extremely high blood pressure—higher than a lot of the numbers that people were saying that they had on the comments of the video."
Brown continued, "My plan, though, right now is to give myself two weeks to try to lower the blood pressure myself by eating less sugar, working out more... and also eat a lot less sodium."
