The 24-year-old actress, whose parents are Ben Stiller and Christine Taylor (and grandparents are the late Jerry Stiller and Anne Meara), stars in CBS’ new legal drama Cupertino, a 20-episode series that takes place in the cutthroat tech world of Silicon Valley.

“Christy and Bo definitely have a real connection, and it evolves into something more serious rather than just fun and flirty. But I have my own theory about what’s going on there,” the Juilliard graduate told the outlet. “I think Bo knows that flirting with Christy is his best tactic to get the law firm’s attention.”
While the series delves into the moral complexities of AI, Ella has strong opinions about the technology.
“I’m not super into tech stuff, but I’m very, very passionate about how AI is a real danger to humanity, especially in the arts,” she said. “Art comes from being a person. Artists are people who feel so deeply, and computers can’t do that.”
Cupertino isn’t Ella’s first series. She also appeared in HBO reboots The Comeback, as a Gen Z social media specialist to Lisa Kudrow’s Valerie Cherish, as well as And Just Like That…, as a woman who becomes pregnant with Miranda’s grandchild.
