Lewisville Sectionals finalist and Junior Nationals qualifier Brooke Miller has sent her verbal commitment to Vanderbilt for the class of 2026.

Miller attends The Woodlands High School in The Woodlands, Texas where she was a 2024 USA Swimming Scholastic All American.
The school recently finished 3rd at the Texas 6A high school state meet, with Miller contributing points in the 50 freestyle, where she finished 4th in 23.07. She also scored points in the 100 freestyle, touching in 50.94 for 11th place overall. Both these swims were just off the personal best marks she set to win the events at the Region Championships the week before where she swam 22.88 and 50.32.
She swims club for the Houston Bridge Bats, and she recently raced at the 2025 Speedo Junior Nationals Championships, where she swam the 50 freestyle in 27.54 to finish 108th overall.

50 free- 22.88 100 free- 50.32 100 fly- 56.86Miller is a huge addition to the Vanderbilt team that finished 13th out of 13 teams at the 2025 SEC Championships.
She would have been the fastest 50 freestyler on the team last year, coming in two tenths ahead of Jenna Ravarino’s 23.09. Vanderbilt did not have any point scorers in the event at SECs with Ravarino earning their highest finish at 55th. Miller is just a bit out of scoring position with 22.40 coming in as the 24th place swimmer in prelims, but she has a year-and-a-half until her first SEC Championships to get under that mark.
She also would have been 3rd in the 100 free and 9th in the 100 fly.
