SAN LEANDRO — Police here are asking the public to be on the lookout for a 76-year-old woman believed to be wandering the streets.
Dorothy Pan was last seen “unexpectedly” leaving her home on the 400 block of Davis Street around 9 a.m. Monday. She suffered from a cognitive dysfunction and is considered at-risk due to her condition and age, police said.
She has no cellphone and cannot use public transportation, police said.
Pan is an Asian woman, 5′ 6″ tall, weighs 110 pounds, and was last seen wearing a “red or pink” jacket and foam slippers, police said in a news release.
Anyone who sees her can notify San Leandro police at 510-577-2740.
