CONCORD, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) - An investigation is underway after an explosion rocked the inside of an Indian restaurant in Concord Monday night.
The Concord Fire Department said they responded to calls regarding the incident around 8:31 p.m. at the Nawabi Hyderabad House on Lyles Lane in Concord Mills.
Two victims were found suffering from non-life-threatening injuries and were transported to an area medical center to be treated.
Concord Fire, Cabarrus EMS, and Charlotte Fire were among the departments that responded to the scene.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
