CU Boulder issues evacuations for campus areas ...Middle East

DENVER (KDVR) — The University of Colorado Boulder has evacuated certain areas on campus on Friday.

In a post to X, the CU Boulder Police Department said evacuations were ordered for the Norlin Library, and two other campus areas nearby, including Ketchum Arts and Sciences and the Ramaley Biology Building.

CUPD said in a later update that it was due to an "unconfirmed bomb threat," and all areas have been evacuated. A campus alert also noted that K-9 units are sweeping the area.

The agency is asking the general public to avoid the area.
