NILES — Frances Marie Gasior, 97, passed away peacefully Sunday morning, Dec. 14, 2025, at Continuing Health Care of Niles, following a long illness.
Frances was born June 15, 1928, in Palmer, Pa., the daughter of Joseph and Mary Wozar Glova.
Frances was a homemaker and an active member of Niles Kingdom Hall of the Jehovah’s Witnesses. She attended beauty school and was a great cook, especially of Hungarian dishes. Frances enjoyed traveling with her family, flower gardening, talking to family members and friends on the telephone, and especially participating in the activities at the Niles Kingdom Hall.
She is survived by her son, Paul R. Regal of Lordstown; two granddaughters, Lisa (Patrick) Vennetti of Howland and Amber (Daniel) Eichorn of Michigan; and three great-grandchildren, Marrissa, Gina and Anthony Vennetti.
Frances was preceded in death by her husbands, Paul Roy Regal Sr. and John E. Gasior; two daughters, Gloria Modarelli and Rosemary Wagner; three sisters and two brothers, Sophia Barton, Joe Glova, Mary Bannister, Anna Shelko and John Glova.
At her request, private funeral services were held with burial in Pineview Memorial Park.
