ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Rochester Police are working to determine where a 17-year-old from Sodus was shot after he showed up at Rochester General Hospital for treatment on Tuesday.
RPD says a private car took the victim with a lower-body gunshot wound to the hospital. News10NBC’s photojournalist saw officers surrounding a Jeep outside of RGH just after midnight.
The victim is expected to survive. RPD says that, based on preliminary information, the shooting likely didn’t happen in the City of Rochester. Check back for updates.
