While some schools have already swum their first dual meets, Tennessee just released their schedule today with their first meet not coming until October 24th when they will travel to Austin to compete against the Longhorns.

After that, they will open their home meets by hosting Auburn and Louisville on October 30th.

The team will take about a month off before hosting the inaugural CSCAA Power 4 Dual Meet Challenge from November 21-23. This meet will also feature Arizona State, Michigan, and Virginia in a double-elimination bracket-style meet. Each team will have a minimum of three meets, with a fourth championship meet for the top two teams.

The Volunteers will then host Kentucky for a dual meet, on December 11th to close out the 2025 calendar year.

2026 will open with the annual Tennessee Invitational from January 7th-9th. The meet was pushed back from its typical spot in November due to the Dual Meet Challenge. This could be the first meet we see World Junior Record holder Mizuki Hirai race, since she has delayed her arrival until the 2nd semester.

Tennessee will travel to Georgia on January 24th for a dual meet with the Bulldogs before closing out their regular season by hosting Duke for a two day competition on January 30th-31st.

The SEC Championships, which will run from February 17th-21st will also be held in Knoxville, marking their sixth “home” meet of the season.

Finally, Knoxville will play host to a Last Chance Meet on February 27th and 28th which will give athletes their final chance to qualify for the NCAA Championships in Atlanta from March 18th-21st for the women and March 25th-28th for the men.

Note: The schedule graphic posted to Tennessee’s social media pages includes a “Tennessee Invite” from November 20th-21st that appears to be a mistake and is not on the schedule on their website.

The Tennessee men and women finished 3rd at last year’s SEC Championships behind Texas and Florida. The Volunteer men graduated superstar Jordan Crooks after last season, but are bringing in a strong recruiting class that can help make the transition to a post-Crooks team.

On the women’s side, they lost some star power, but are bringing in the #9 ranked recruiting class that includes a huge addition in Mizuki Hirai.

You can read about the recruiting classes and our previews for both teams here.
