Derek Chisora has confirmed his farewell fight will take place on December 13 in Manchester.
His final bow is due to fall on the same card as Moses Itauma’s next outing, although talkSPORT understands that the plan is for them to compete in separate bouts.
Taking to his Instagram story to confirm the news, Chisora said: “Yo, let me tell you something, we are going back to Manchester on December 13, shutdown.
“Book your hotels, book your restaurants, me and Queensberry are coming to shut it down in Manchester on the 13th of December.
“The opponent will be announced soon. I had one, but the big boss took him.
“I’m currently arguing with the big boss about what he wants.
“But the road to 50 [fights] in Manchester.
“The last dance is happening in Manchester. War!”
The 49-fight veteran (36-13) was previously offered a bout with Itauma in August before Dillian Whyte accepted the call.
However, he rejected the domestic dust-up upon hearing about the money on the table.
“They offered me to fight Moses Itauma in Saudi Arabia, I said, ‘How much?’” he told talkSPORT Fight Night earlier this year.
“They said two million, I said ‘Nah, I’m out.”

That fight, which took place at Manchester’s Co-Op Live Arena, was supposed to be his last dance on British shores.
But it appears Chisora will now close out his career in his home country.
