But, in order to launch their career, the proud papa has decided to give his sons some lessons on how to make a name for themselves in Hollywood, and he's doing it in the most hilarious way possible.
That's because Baldwin has decided to teach his son's Rafael and Leo how to act by starting with one of the most iconic facial expressions ever to grace the silver screen. That's right, Baldwin is teaching his boys the Blue Steel from Zoolander, and fans cannot get over how hilarious the whole thing is after his wife Hilaria Baldwin shared it on her Instagram page.

The moment was captured on video, and the proud mama uploaded it for her fans. There, he posted the video featuring his 9-year-old, who announced that it was "day one of acting lessons with his dad."

The next shot features Rafael's 8-year-old brother who stands slightly behind his brother and father as the trio deliver the ultimate Blue Steel.
"I wanted to continue this series since you guys seem to love it so much but with a twist," Baldwin captioned the video. "I think they did a great job."
