People across Los Angeles County have been dealing with a heat wave the past few days — one that will continue into the weekend.
The heat wave is expected to bring triple-digit temperatures to some parts of the region. Highs of 95-105 degrees are anticipated for areas away from the coast, and 70-80 degrees along the beaches, according to the National Weather Service.
In Downtown Los Angeles, Friday will reach a high of 85 degrees, and the weekend will reach a high of 83 degrees.
