Girl Scouts San Diego officially launched Miss Daisy, a mobile experience pop-up truck, with a celebratory ribbon-cutting Wednesday at the Girl Scouts Balboa Park campus.
The 14-foot-truck, designed by Honeycomb Design & Build, expands access to Girl Scout programs across San Diego and Imperial counties with STEM activities, leadership training and community engagement.
Attendees at the launch event, including Girl Scouts, volunteers, staff and community partners, explored Miss Daisy’s interactive features, shopped exclusive GSSD retail items and earned a special commemorative patch.

“Designing and building Miss Daisy for Girl Scouts San Diego is about more than just creating a mobile shop; it’s about giving young girls a space that inspires them, brings the community together and helps them grow their entrepreneurial spirit,” Williams said.
“As a mom of a Girl Scout, I’ve seen firsthand how powerful these experiences can be. At Honeycomb, we’re not just building structures — we’re creating opportunities and lasting change.”
Miss Daisy will now hit the road, bringing Girl Scout programs, retail experiences and interactive activities directly to communities throughout the region.
