On Wednesday, Feb. 26, the New York Post reported that Trachtenberg's mother found her body in a luxury apartment complex in Manhattan at roughly 8 a.m.

Actor Ed Westwick, who portrayed Chuck Bass on Gossip Girl alongside Trachtenberg, shared a tribute on his Instagram Story.
