DENVER (KDVR) — One person has been arrested in connection to the reported vandalism cases at a Loveland Tesla dealership.
On Monday just before midnight, the Loveland Police Department arrested 40-year-old Lucy Grace Nelson, whose alias includes Justin Thomas Nelson.
Officers obtained probable cause after, what they called, an extensive investigation that began on Jan. 29 and connected Nelson to the vandalism.

When they arrived, they found various vehicles were “vandalized with graffiti, some of which were offensive and hateful in nature.” The department said incendiary devices were also recovered at the scene.
The police department said that was the third time they had received a similar report from the Tesla dealership.
On Monday, police said Nelson returned to the Tesla dealership and was allegedly in possession of additional incendiary devices and "materials attributed to vandalism."
