(KRON) – An armed robber was shot and killed by a store employee at a Concord liquor store, according to the Concord Police Department.
Around 11:30 p.m. on Friday, an armed suspect entered S&S Fast & Easy Mart and tried to force an employee to open the store’s safe. Another employee intervened and fatally shot the suspect, according to the police investigation.
The suspect was pronounced dead at the scene.
Concord PD has not disclosed the identity of the suspect.
