A two-year-old boy has been killed following a car crash near Birmingham, police have said.
Police are appealing for the driver of a stolen Porsche who fled the scene to hand themselves in following the crash late on Saturday night.
A woman aged 29 and a 30-year-old man are also in a serious condition after the collision on Dartmouth Road, in Smethwick near Birmingham, on Saturday night.
Another man and woman aged 30 are in stable condition, police said.
The driver of a grey Porsche Cayenne, which was revealed to be stolen earlier this month, fled the scene, according to West Midlands Police.
The force believes the vehicle was travelling from the island on Kenrick Way before it hit a Toyota.
Detective Sergeant Paul Hughes, from the serious collision investigation unit, said: “Our thoughts remain with the family of the little boy at this extremely difficult time.
“I would urge the driver of the Porsche to do the right thing and come and talk to us. They made the wrong decision to run away and I’m asking them now to make the right one.
“I also want to appeal to anyone who witnessed the collision and hasn’t already spoken to us, or has CCTV or dash-cam footage to get in touch.”
