COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) -- A shooting in the Deshler Park section of Columbus left one person dead and sent another to the hospital Wednesday night. According to a Columbus police dispatcher, officers responded to the 1400 block of Burstock Road at approximately 8:23 p.m. for a report of a shooting. At the scene, officers found two male victims, one of whom was pronounced dead at the scene. The second victim was taken to a local hospital in critical condition, the dispatcher said. Witnesses told police there may have been as many as four suspects involved. Details on what led to the shooting are not available at this time.
