HENRIETTA, N.Y. — A 21-year-old woman from Henrietta is facing charges after being accused of causing a multi-vehicle crash that killed a 24-year-old woman in October.

Tony Peters is charged with aggravated vehicular homicide, DWI, reckless driving, and several other vehicle and traffic violations.
Monroe County sheriff’s deputies say on Oct. 3, Peters was driving her SUV on Calkins Road and didn’t stop at a red light. They say as a result, she hit another car, driven by Faith Machado, who died in the crash.
As a result, the car was pushed into several other cars stopped at the red light, deputies say. They say Machado was in the original car Peters hit.
Peters was brought to the Monroe County Jail for arraignment.
