Melting Pot’s Limited-Time Menu Items Offer a Unique Take on Beloved Fall Flavors ...Saudi Arabia

News by : (Parade) -

Melting Pot is turning up the heat with its specialty menu of fall-forward flavors. The fondue restaurant chain, first launched in 1975, announced a seasonal take on classic cranberry and pumpkin spice, adding the beloved autumnal flavors to its signature cheeses and chocolate dips.

The limited-time Fondue Into Fall menu features the Apple Almond Salad, with apples, gorgonzola, and honey-roasted almonds, and topped with apple mustard vinaigrette for your first course, in addition to the Cranberry Pecan Cheese Fondue and the Pumpkin Spice White Chocolate Fondue to top off the meal with a sweet treat.

“Melting Pot has always been about more than a meal – it’s about bringing people together and creating memorable experiences around the table,” said John “JC” Crawford, CEO of Melting Pot Restaurants, Inc., in a press release shared directly with Parade. “Fondue Into Fall captures that spirit with seasonal flavors meant for sharing.”

For first-time visitors, the menu may seem somewhat overwhelming: the variety of options can be daunting if you’re not sure where to start or what you’d like best. Once you get rolling, though, it’s a flexible, fun, and interactive dining experience. If opting for a multi-course meal, you’ll choose your cheese and salad before moving on to ordering your entreé/protein and cooking style for the table pot—vegetable broth-based Court Bouillon, Coq Au Vin with wine and garlic, Caribbean-inspired Mojo featuring citrus notes and cilantro, or traditional oil.

While visiting the Fredericksburg, Va. location, diving right in was easy due to the wide variety of appealing options. After deciding on the tasty and decadent Quattro Formaggio—the “stringiest of the cheeses,” according to our server—I tried out the featured Apple Almond Salad. It offered a crunchy, fresh, and sweet light bite early on (though I may have swapped out the dressing), and left plenty of room for my main course of choice: salmon, teriyaki steak, and chicken potstickers.

Throughout the meal, you’re welcome to ask for as many extra servings of bread or accompaniments that are needed to finish your cheese, but don’t load up on all the other courses that you have no room left for dessert. The limited-time Pumpkin Spice White Chocolate Fondue is worth the wait. White chocolate blends way better than expected with spiced pumpkin purée, and the addition of pumpkin spice caramel along with the toppings, autumn-spiced graham cracker crunch and whipped cream, are the icing on the cake—or, rather, the fondue. Served with sugared waffles, marshmallows, brownies, fruit, and more, the combination makes for a satisfying indulgence perfect for fall.

With over 90 locations across the U.S. and Canada, Melting Pot has become a hotspot for a unique dining experience, where the interactive cooking portion excites even those with zero culinary expertise. Visitors note it’s especially good for celebrations and special occasions, raving over both the eats and the atmosphere. The Fondue Into Fall menu is available now through Nov. 22, 2026.
