It’s over for The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star Jen Affleck and her husband Zac.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Jen filed a petition for divorce on Tuesday, Nov. 3 in Utah. Jen also submitted a proposed parenting plan for their children, though the details of that filing are private.
The court records do not list a reason for the divorce or detail the custody arrangement Jen is seeking.
The pair first met on Mormon dating app Mutual in 2018 and married the following year. They have three kids: Nora, 5, Lucas, 3, and Penelope, 1, and Jen is currently pregnant with the couple’s fourth child.

On Mormon Wives, the couple have been open about their past marital trouble, and the couple even separated after filming season 1 of the series before later reconciling.
In April, speculation ramped up again after Jen posted a TikTok without her wedding ring where she tearfully opened up about her “next chapter.”
“In the last two to three years, so much has happened,” Jen said at the time. “Between two babies, reality TV show, Dancing With the Stars, moving, identity, faith, life crisis, I’m very hopeful for this next chapter of my life.”
“There are parts of me that I feel like have healed, and then there are parts of me where old patterns have shown back up,” she continued. “I’ve been hoping through my vulnerability that I can help heal myself. I’m hoping that in this next chapter of my life I can find my faith again … while also holding space for who I am at my core and not trying to change that.”
The reality star then explained that by marrying at 19 and getting pregnant a year later, she never “had time to figure out who Jen is.”
“I’m still trying to figure that out. I just desperately want to be able to show up for my kids and show up as the best version of myself,” she added.
In addition to being a main cast member on the original series, Jen is starring in Hulu’s upcoming spinoff, The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives: Orange County, premiering on Thursday, Nov. 12.
The series follows a new group of moms and influencers living in Orange County, Calif.
