January 16-18, 2026 Raymond A Bussard Aquatic Center, Chamblee, GA SCY (25 yards) ResultsBaylor Stanton, the top recruit in the boys’ high school class of 2026, carried the momentum that he gained after three wins at the Speedo Winter Junior Championships in Indianapolis to close out the 2025 calendar year, with another impressive performance at the Eastern Classic hosted by Dynamo Swim Club, clocking a pair of best times en route to a five win showing in Chamblee.
Stanton surged to his 3rd ever sub 1:36 200 free, earning the win in 1:35.78, nearly three seconds faster than anyone else in the event, and an improvement of nine hundredths of a second from his previous best of 1:35.87 from the Southern Meet of Champions in March of 2025.
The future Cal Golden Bear later led off the winning Gwinnett Aquatics’ 400 medley relay in a lifetime best 100 back effort of 46.42, clipping his former best from the SwimMac November Invitational in 46.53, moving him up to the 56th all-time fastest performance in the 17-18 age group.
Stanton is coming off one of the best showings of his career at the Speedo Winter Junior Championships in Indianapolis, where Stanton won three events, notably winning 500 free and 200 IM 30 minutes apart, setting lifetime bests in both on night two.

13-year-old Jordan Xanthos clocked a massive lifetime best in the 400 IM to earn the 13-14 girls age group win. This time was a more than four second improvement on her former best from the LAC Fall Classic in November in 4:32.69.
Xanthos also added wins in both the 100 breast (1:03.72) and 200 breast (2:17.35).
