The run will span nearly the entire country, giving longtime fans a chance to hear the record that launched the band’s career, played live from start to finish in many cities. Tickets for the tour went on sale Friday.
Support on select dates will come from fellow Canadian heavy acts Anciients, TEETH and Chastity, making the tour a full celebration of Canada’s heavy music scene.

“I can’t believe Birthing The Giant is twenty years old,” Cormier said, according to The PRP. He added that the band is thrilled to celebrate the album “from Coast to Coast” and return to cities they have played in for the past two decades.

For this anniversary tour, the band plans to perform the album in full on most dates, along with fan-favorite songs from later releases. One exception is their appearance at Pouzza Fest in Montreal on May 16, which will not feature the full album due to time limits.
