Well, that was fun!
The Chicago Bears dominated the Cleveland Browns from start to finish in this one and finally gave us the complete effort against a bad team that we’ve been looking for. We’re onto Green Bay!

Offense
QB Caleb Williams | A
One of his best games of the season, I thought. He commanded the offense, was efficient in throwing the ball, and felt in control the whole way. His second TD pass to DJ Moore was an unreal throw. Probably one he shouldn’t try very often, given how dangerous it was, but an unreal throw nonetheless.
RB Kyle Monangai & D’Andre Swift | A
Swift was great! Monangai ran hard but didn’t have much open up for him in the middle. Swift ran hard and did a great job of making something out of nothing when things weren’t open.
WR DJ Moore | A
After a disappearing act last week in Green Bay, DJ Moore stepped up in Rome Odunze’s surprising absence and caught a pair of scores. He’s still too much of a roller coaster, but it was a really nice day for him.
ScreenshotWR Luther Burden III | B+
Started out great! Had one drop he shouldn’t have missed, but other than that, it was really good. His and Caleb’s chemistry is growing every game.
TE Cole Kmet | B
Tough drop, and he left early with an injury, but he’s dangerous in the run and pass game.
TE Colston Loveland | B+
It was another really solid game for Loveland. He’s become such an important piece of the offense.
Offensive Line | B+
Ran the ball well, limited Myles Garrett for the most part. Really good effort.
Defense
Defensive Line | A
Got after Shedeur Sanders, stuffed the run. They were outstanding today. Austin Booker was noticeable and had some really good flashes.
Linebackers | A
Really good against the run today. Solid against Harold Fannin Jr. in coverage.
Secondary | B
For the most part, they played well, just got beaten deep a couple of times by Isaiah Bond.
Special Teams
K Cairo Santos | D
Can’t miss the short ones.
P Tory Taylor | A
Pinned the Browns deep early, and overall had a nice day punting the ball.

Ben Johnson | A
The Bears were ready to play from the jump. The offense was efficient and balanced. A few playcalling/time management decisions weren’t his best, but that’s fine.
Dennis Allen | A
Dennis Allen had Shedeur Sanders running for his life, and his defense completely took away the Browns’ ground game. As dominant a defensive performance as they’ve had this season.
