We haven’t wrapped up the 2025 college football season yet, but that didn’t stop the SEC from taking a peek at the 2026 season.
On Thursday night, the league announced full schedules for every team across the conference. A handful of massive games immediately jumped out.
The Lane Kiffin era at LSU kicks off league play in Oxford against Ole Miss early in the season. We get a back-to-back stretch of games in mid-October for Alabama that could heavily influence the SEC Championship discussion. Oklahoma and Texas also have early bye weeks before closing out their respective regular seasons with 8 straight games each.
Next year’s schedule will be the first time SEC teams play 9 league games.
