The 12th-ranked Georgia Bulldogs jumped out to an early 14-0 lead over visiting Kentucky on Saturday afternoon but could be without one of their standout offensive linemen for the duration.
Georgia junior left tackle Monroe Freeling sustained a left leg injury during the Bulldogs’ opening scoring drive – which was capped by a 7-yard rushing touchdown by quarterback Gunner Stockton. Freeling limped to the medical tent for diagnosis and treatment.

Redshirt sophomore Bo Hughley replaced Freeling at left tackle, and was blocking for Stockton on his touchdown run.
Georgia is looking to rebound from a 24-21 home loss to Alabama last weekend. Kentucky is 2-2 so far in 2025. The Bulldogs lead the all-time series against the Wildcats 64-12-2 and carried a 15-game winning streak into Saturday’s matchup.
