Concepts emphasizing local sourcing and sustainability are strongly supported.
Proposers may also include a wellness element—such as yoga or Pilates—to complement the city’s vision for an inclusive public hub promoting learning, innovation, and well-being.
The selected operator will enter into a lease agreement pending approval by the Chula Vista City Council.
