GATES, N.Y. — A driver is expected to be charged with DWI after a rollover crash in Gates on Thursday night.

Gates Police say an SUV flipped after hitting a parked car while the driver was drunk. It happened on Wolcott Avenue off Long Pond Road just after 11:30 p.m.

The driver wasn’t hurt. Officers took the driver into custody.
