PBKS beat RCB by five wickets in a rain-affected match earlier this week and will be fancying their chances of beating them again. The win was PBKS' fifth in seven games this season and took them to the second spot in the points table.

Josh Inglis got the start, but he too did not last long. The wicketkeeper-batsman, however, is expected to retain his spot in the PBKS Playing 11. Inglis was out for 14 runs and will look to make a big impact in the upcoming match.
Shashank Singh did not impress with the bat either, getting out for just 1, and will be eyeing a good outing in the upcoming match. Marcus Stoinis scored an unbeaten 7, including a six.

Barring the last over when Brar conceded 21 runs, the Punjab Kings bowlers pretty much dominated the proceedings with the ball. Arshdeep gave PBKS a flying start by dismissing Phil Salt and Virat Kohli, while Chahal, Jansen, and Brar picked up two wickets as well. On the other hand, Bartlett claimed one wicket.
