LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Thomas Kern Gissell of Moorpark was sentenced Monday to 140 months in federal prison for soliciting sexually explicit images from somebody he believed to be a 14-year-old girl. Gissell, 29, was also placed on 20 years of supervised release after he is released from prison as well as ordered to pay $27,000 in restitution and $5,100 in special assessments detail the U.S. Attorney's Office.
