According to police, 46-year-old Zewu Hu was taken into custody at his Portland home for promoting prostitution. Hu’s arrest follows detectives discovering what they believed to be an illicit massage business in July 2023 at Flora Spa on Boones Ferry Road. The spa purported to be a legitimate massage business, but detectives say they found evidence that it was a front for prostitution.
