The Salvation Army of Wood County is accepting gently used coats as part of its annual “Warm the Family” program. The program will run through Nov. 17. Donations needed are for both male and female, all ages and sizes. Simply take the gently used coats to one of the Long’s Sanitary Cleaners locations listed below. For its 42nd year, Long’s Sanitary Cleaners is the sponsor of the “Warm the Family” program by donating the dry-cleaning costs of all the gently used coats received. Early donations will help children and adults stay warm yet this fall season, though donations are being accepted through November.
