One person was killed in a single- vehicle accident that occurred on Club Springs Road on April 30th, 2021 around 1:30 Am. The victim was identified as Mr. Jonathan Scott Pitman of Buffalo Valley. The Tennessee Highway Patrol reported that the vehicle was negotiating a curve and ran off the roadway on the right side. Then, it over corrected and went off the left side of the roadway and hit the guardrail. The vehicle then went through the guardrail and hit a tree where it came to rest facing northbound.
