The Chicago Bears will be trying to take down the defending Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks Monday, and their inactives list has been announced.
The lone player the Bears had ruled out prior to Monday’s game due to injury was running back Kyle Monangai, who will miss his fourth straight game with toe and thumb injuries.
Defensive back Malik Muhammad was questionable after being limited in practice due to a toe injury, and he will not play, according to the Bears. Linebacker D’Marco Jackson was a full participant Saturday as he dealt with an ankle injury, and will play after being listed as questionable.
Quarterback Case Keenum, defensive tackle Jayden Loving, offensive lineman Jordan McFadden and defensive tackle Jordan van den Berg are all healthy scratches.
As expected, the Seahawks will have running back Zach Charbonnet for the first time all season, as he was activated prior to the game. Running back Jadarian Price, who was also on injured reserve, is also expected to get carries, giving Seattle back its top two running backs.
They had ruled out wide receiver Rashid Shaheed with a knee injury, and had ruled out Velus Jones (hamstring) and offensive tackle Charles Cross (ankle) prior to the game.
Linebacker Uchenna Nwosu, who was doubtful with an ankle injury, will not play in the game, nor will defensive tackle Brandon Pili, who was questionable with a back injury.
Backup quarterback Drew Lock was also questionable with an elbow injury, and he will be relegated to third-string emergency duty, with Jalen Milroe taking over as backup quarterback.
Linebacker Patrick O’Connell was questionable with a toe injury, but he will play.
Offensive tackle Charles Cross and offensive guard Beau Stephens are the healthy scratches for the Seahawks.
Kickoff is set for 7:15 p.m., and the game will air on ESPN.
