It’s hard to believe it’s been 25 years since the tragic events that occurred on September 11, 2001.

It’s a moment in time most Americans won’t forget, and the whole world recognizes as an event that changed everything forever.

    Watch With Us has curated a list of all the news specials taking place today and over the weekend honoring the solemn anniversary, as well as the many non-fiction and fiction movies, shows, docuseries and documentaries that have been made about the historical tragedy.

    From streamers like Netflix and Hulu to news channels like Fox and ABC, there’s no shortage of 9/11 programs to watch right now.

    NBC Nightly News (6:30 pm ET): Tom Llamas hosts special editions of NBC Nightly News and Top Story from Ground Zero

    NBC Nightly News Presents: Great Americans: Service and Sacrifice (10:30 pm ET): A special featuring Americans who were inspired to help their country after the attacks

    Facing Ground Zero: A Dateline Special (10 pm ET): Hosted by Lester Holt, this one-hour special features never-before-seen footage of the 9/11 attacks. “Dateline‘s new 9/11 documentary profiles New Yorkers whose experiences were captured, moment by moment in real time, by NBC News cameras on September 11, 2001. In powerful new interviews, they reflect on what they saw, what they survived and how the attacks indelibly shaped their lives and the country.”

    ABC News Live Prime (7:00 pm ET): ABC News Live will stream a one-hour special edition from Ground Zero, hosted by Linsey Davis, Sade Baderinwa and Mike Marza.

    9/11: United We Stand: 25 Years Later: Michael Strahan hosts this special looking back on Sept. 11.

    9/11 Tribute in Light: Live from Lower Manhattan (8 pm ET): ABC News anchors Diane Sawyer, Robin Roberts and David Muir will host live coverage that culminates with “Tribute in Light,” a public art installation that’s lit up the New York City skyline every 9/11 since the attacks.

    CBS Evening News (6:30 pm ET): Regular CBS news anchor Tony Dokoupil will host the nightly program from Ground Zero

    9/11: We Remember (8 p.m. ET): Dokoupil will also lead a CBS News special from Ground Zero that features three stories: Lesley Stahl looks back at the first 60 Minutes 9/11 story, which focused on Summit, N.J., a small town that lost nine residents in the attacks; Dokoupil interviews a family who escaped the World Trade Center; and O’Donnell interviews General Dan Caine, who had the daunting responsibility of shooting down commercial planes on 9/11 if they were a legitimate threat.

    Daughters of 9/11 (9:00-11:00 pm, ET/PT): Elizabeth Miller and Jessica Trant, who lost their fathers on 9/11, team up with FBI Special Agent Frank Pellegrino, who hunted Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the man accused of masterminding the attacks.

    The Story (3-4 pm ET): Martha McCallum will report live from the Hyatt House and interview Cardinal Timothy Dolan, the New York Police Department (NYPD) co-chief chaplain, and Jessica Tisch, the NYPD Commissioner.

    The Will Cain Show (4-5 pm ET) will feature 9/11 survivors and spotlight how the event impacted their lives then and now.

    Paul Mauro’s Notes from Ground Zero: This special “spotlights FNC contributor and former NYPD Inspector Paul Mauro — who was working the morning of 9/11 — as he returns to Ground Zero for the first time in 25 years. Mauro, who scribbled down notes in the days following the attacks, reunites with fellow officers and shares never-before-seen photos and video.”

    Born on 9/11: 25 Years with Harris Faulkner: This program explores “the lives of people born on September 11th, 2001, the hope they brought to the country, and where they are now. The platform will also livestream the official ceremonies at the NYC memorial site and the Pentagon on September 11th.”

    NewsNation Live (3 pm ET): Connell McShane will host a special three-hour edition of NewsNation Live from the 9/11 Memorial in Manhattan.

    Cuomo (8 pm ET): Chris Cuomo will dedicate his show to 9/11, sharing his personal memories of the event.

    9/11 Remembered: 25 Years Later (9 pm ET): This documentary will feature new interviews with President Trump and Rudy Giuliani, who will share their personal reflections on 9/11. The special will also feature archival footage depicting the event happening in real time.
