During a 1989 interview, Ford explained how he and his family would make the filming work, sharing, “They go with me,” when asked about being away from them for so long.
“It wasn’t always easy to take them with me because my older kids were in school, and they’re not off on their own,” he admitted. “My youngest is now two years old, so he’s still easy to travel with.”
