ROCHESTER, N.Y. — NBT Bank is expanding in Rochester with plans for a new regional financial center and a retail banking office in Gates.
The Rochester financial center will be located at 422 Henrietta Ave in the CityGate development. The 16,000-square-foot facility will include a full-service banking office and bring together teams from across NBT.
Construction will be complete as early as 2028.
“Rochester is an important growth market for NBT Bank, and this investment reflects our confidence in the community and its future,” said Tim Brown, NBT Bank Regional President. “Our Rochester Financial Center will strengthen our presence in the region, bring key teams together and support continued growth as we serve customers and community partners throughout Monroe County and the surrounding area.”
NBT has also leased space for a new retail banking office at Gates Plaza. The office is expected to open in early 2027.
