This was Groen’s game, as he once again showed he’s a force to be reckoned with. He ended the DJ round with a runaway lead of $27,800, as Bergman and LeMaistre trailed behind with $2,800 and $800, respectively.
His dominance continued in Final Jeopardy, as the only contestant to answer correctly, making good on his $10,00 wager for a daily total of $37,800. Meanwhile, Bergman took second place, losing his wager of $1,199 and dropping to a total of $1,801, as LeMaistre wagered nothing and ended in third place with $800.
Groen will be back on Monday for attempt number 8.
