Grier Henchy, the 20-year-old daughter of Brooke Shields and Chris Henchy, closely resembled her stunning mother during a rare red-carpet appearance with her dad.
Shields, 61, was younger than her daughter when she skyrocketed to superstardom. After starting her career as a child model, she had a major role in Louis Malle's Pretty Baby at just 11 years old. But it was her role in The Blue Lagoon, about two teens who were marooned on a tropical island as children, and then grew up and fell in love, that sent Shields into superstardom. Now, Grier is following in her mother's footsteps and cultivating a career all of her own. But in her latest appearance, fans can't believe how much she looks like her mom.
The Wake Forest University student hit the red carpet with her dad for the Los Angeles premiere of Netflix's The Hawk at Directors Village in Los Angeles, California. Looking stunning in a black silk slip dress, Grier sported the same long, brown locks her mother is known for.

Brooke Shields Is Still a Red Carpet Stunner
While Shields attended Princeton, she continued her career after completing her education. She had two successful NBC series, Suddenly Susan and Lipstick Jungle, and did a stint on NBC’s Law and Order: SVU in 2017. But no matter where Shields shows up, she shows off her smile with grace. The brunette beauty attended the Chloé Fall/Winter 2026-2027 show at Paris Fashion Week back in March and made it clear that as each year passes, she looks better and better.

Brooke’s Hulu Documentary
In 2023, Shields released a Hulu documentary, Pretty Baby: Brooke Shields. In the doc, she discusses how she felt that Blue Lagoon's director, Randal Kleiser, exploited her by promoting the movie as depicting her as “going from a child to a woman during the filming,” rather than her character going through that experience.
“They wanted to sell my actual sexual awakening,” Shields said in her documentary.
