At least seven people were killed and 11 others wounded in a Ukrainian drone strike on a passenger bus in Russia’s Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR), local governor Denis Pushilin has said.
The bus, traveling between Moscow and the Crimean city of Simferopol, was attacked in the town of Enakievo in the western part of the DPR, Pushilin wrote in a post on Telegram on Wednesday morning.
“The Ukrainian fascists have committed another act of unprecedented, inhumane aggression,” the governor said.
Pushilin expressed condolences to the relatives and friends of those killed in the attack and wished a speedy recovery to the injured, who, he said, are being provided with all necessary medical assistance.
