NFL teams are constantly trimming rosters and a recent player released was Kenny Moore of the Indianapolis Colts. He’s had some strong years if my memory is correct, but the Colts likely didn’t think his value was matching his play, so they cut him.
Now, other teams can make a move for player, who knows? Maybe by the time you are reading this a team did make a move grab him, but I would guess he’ll take his time if he can.

It will be interesting to see which other players become available, and the Rams will have some tough decisions to make themselves to be sure.

“ESPN reporter Brady Henderson said on “NFL Live” this week that the Seahawks had a third-round grade on Simpson and are not nervous about his arrival in the NFC West.
“They had a third-round grade on Ty Simpson, and as you know, sometimes teams will kind of squirm and get nervous when a team in their division drafts a player,” Henderson said. “I can tell you, this was not the case with the Seahawks and Ty Simpson.”
