Arizona State men’s basketball is gaining another Saint Mary’s player, as small forward Dillan Shaw has committed to the Sun Devils to re-join coach Randy Bennett and teammate Paulius Murauskas.

The 6-foot-7 announced his decision to League Ready on Tuesday after one season in a Gaels uniform.
Shaw was named to the WCC All-Freshman Team after averaging 7.5 points, 5.4 rebounds and 1.5 assists in 33 games played (22 starts). He shot the 3-ball particularly well, shooting at a 41.6% clip (52 for 125) and averaged only one turnover per game.
The 205-pounder is the 17th-best small forward in 247 Sports’ transfer portal rankings, coming in at 120th overall among all positions.
Besides Murauskas, who made First Team All-WCC and also reportedly committed Tuesday, Shaw will be sharing roster space with other WCC standouts that committed in point guard Joel Foxwell (Portland) and forward Emmanuel Innocenti (Gonzaga).
