Prep and serve: For two, blend 1 avocado, ¼ C chicken broth, 3 T yogurt, ½ English cucumber, juice of 1 lime, 1 green jalapeno de-seeded, 3 T garlic chives, blend, ¼ C chopped cilantro, add water if necessary for consistency preference, chill in fridge for 1 hour, blend again, pour into serving cups, decoration ideas, and chopped seafood. I chose lobster leftovers, shrimp, croutons, and dabs of yogurt.
