Downtown DMV on East Main Street: Open until 6:30 PM on Mondays. Henrietta DMV on Jefferson Road: Open until 6:30 PM on Thursdays. Irondequoit DMV on Titus Avenue: Open until 6:30 PM on Wednesdays. Greece Ridge Mall DMV near entrance #2: Open until 6:30 PM on Tuesdays.The announcement comes amid some long wait times for Monroe County DMV users as branches navigate some changes. Monroe County rolled out a new DMV check-in system, and the state rolled out a new back-end system for all DMVs.
Back on March 9, people signing in at the downtown Rochester location were warned of wait times ranging from 7 to 8 ½ hours.
