The former Today host gave ex-fiancée Joel Schiffman a major shout-out on his big day. Even though the couple is no longer together,Hoda Kotb still showered the dad (to the pair’s two daughters) with birthday praise.

Kotb, now 61, and Schiffman (who just turned 68) went public with their relationship back in 2015.
